ABBVIE ‘MIND’ CONFERENCE FOR NEUROLOGISTS

MIND (Migraine Innovation Navigation Discovery) is an AbbVie-hosted, semi-annual conference held in Dallas, Texas that brings together many of the leading KOL’s in Neurology and Migraine management in the nation. It is proudly held to promote the latest data and findings, spark meaningful conversations, and address some of the latest topics in Migraine patient treatment. Over 250 attendees, including HCPs, educators and even patients, attend each event to bring their valuable perspectives.

To put forward the best experience for our attendees, I created and oversaw the design of all environmental, installation (both physical and digital animation) and presentation pieces that holistically brought this year’s theme, “Catalyst for Connection,” together. From an integrated registration area, to animated LED panels throughout the space, to main stage presentation content, it was important to have everything look and feel as impactful and cohesive as possible to the overarching theme and MIND brand.
